Here’s the thing about procrastination. It’s a vicious cycle that goes like this:


You’re thinking of finally getting your shit together (about time huh)


You make a plan. You tell everybody.

The clock strikes 7 and you need to get up early, get some sunshine and start your day with a workout.

Another day gone. Tomorrow, you say.

When the weekend comes, you think “let me work on my side biz on the weekend”

Nowhere near your best work, but it gets the job done.

You cheated on your potential, again.

Almost as if your body had a mind of its own, resisting every attempt you make to make it WORK

How do you break a cycle?


By dealing with every step of the cycle, and replacing the bad parts with good choices, until the cycle itself becomes positive.


What you’re doing right now is using “motivation” or “emotional fuel” to get the work done.

But soon after, you are back to the same old cycle.
